Four bowls of baked oatmeal.

As you know, I am a full blown oatmeal lover. And while I love making a big batch of baked oatmeal for brunch or meal prep for the week sometimes I just want one serving of the flavor I’m craving!

These are super simple to make and take no time at all… I can see myself treating myself to these single serve baked oatmeals quite often.

How to Store Baked Oatmeal

Baked oatmeal stores super well! After allowing to cool, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze for longer storage!
