(I have a little question, what does the “T” when you say “2 T canned pumpkin and 1 T vanilla protein powder ” ? Does it means tablespoons ?)
*Sorry if my english is not perfect, I’m from Quebec !!:D)

Would whole grain quick oats work too? This sounds so scrumptious!

  22. Do you think this would work with steel cut oats? Or does it need to be pumpkin? I’m tempted to also just try it with Muesli—can you tell I just want to use what’s in my cabinet at the moment?? =)

    • Hi Danielle,

You definitely don’t have to use pumpkin so no worries about that. I don’t think steel cut oats would work as they wouldn’t soak up the liquid the way regular, old fashioned rolled oats do. But, muesli should work!

      Hope that helps!

      • Thanks!! I ended up cooking the steel cut outs with pumpkin right in the pan – topped with cinnamon and crushed walnuts. Delicious! Thanks for the inspiration..

  23. Deborah Rader says:

Can you use steel cut oats?

  24. Deborah Rader says:

I guess I shoul look before I type…lol. I see your answer to Danielle’s SAME question. Love you website! :)
