These peanut butter Greek yogurt bites are the perfect treat with a smooth and creamy yogurt center and a crisp layer of chocolate on the outside.
I have been making these peanut butter Greek yogurt bites on repeat lately so I had to share! I love the combo of peanut butter and chocolate and the nutrition facts are on point with 6 grams of protein and 8 grams of fiber per bite!
They kind of remind me of the Clio Snacks Greek yogurt bars and they’re soo easy to make. I can’t wait for you to try them.
Ingredients Needed
- Greek yogurt – I used Fage 5% full fat Greek yogurt because that’s what I keep on hand but you can use low fat or non fat, if desired. The center just won’t be as creamy.
- peanut butter powder – this adds protein, peanut butter flavor and helps firm up the Greek yogurt center. There are a lot of brands out there to choose from like PB Fit, PB2 or Clean Simple Eats powdered peanut butter (use code EBF for 10% off)
- peanut butter – this adds more peanut butter flavor and some richness to the bites.
- maple syrup – this is the natural sweetener I used to sweeten the bites. You’re welcome to use another liquid sweetener like monk fruit or stevia to make these lower in sugar.
- chocolate chips – I recommend using Lily’s dark chocolate chips. These particular chocolate chips will keep the bites lower in sugar and increase the fiber content.
- coconut oil – this is just to thin the chocolate mixture so it’s easier to dip the bites. The melted chocolate coconut oil mixture becomes like a homemade magic shell!
- flaky sea salt – this is just for topping and it’s totally optional, but I love a little flaky sea salt on my chocolate desserts.

Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites
Ingredients
- ½ cup full fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup peanut butter powder, (PB Fit, PB2 or Clean Simple Eats powdered peanut butter)
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
- ½ tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ cup Lily's dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- flaky sea salt, for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Add Greek yogurt, pb powder, peanut butter and maple syrup to a bowl. Stir to combine.
- Scoop mixture onto a parchment lined plate or small baking tray. I used a medium cookie scoop, which made 6 bites.
- Place bites in the freezer for about 10-20 minutes or until solid to the touch.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil. Dip each yogurt bite into the melted chocolate to coat. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and place in the fridge for the chocolate to set and enjoy. Store bites in the fridge for 3-4 days.

These are too good to be true! Soooooo good!!!!!
Yay! So glad you loved this recipe, Jennifer. Thanks for making it and for coming back to leave a review. I so appreciate it!
These are amazing! I was actually making them for my husband who has a weakness for peanut butter cups but is trying to eat a bit healthier and increase his protein intake. I don’t personally care about that, but I could not stop eating them myself (so they’re not just good “for a healthy treat”, they’re just straight up awesome). Only change I made was to double the peanut butter powder to make them a bit firmer, but otherwise, as is, they are *chef’s kiss*
Woo!! That makes me so happy to hear, Amber. Love that both you and your husband enjoyed them! Thanks for making them and for coming back to leave a review. It means the world to me.
I admit I was skeptical at first…but WOW! I am already making my next batch. Thanks for the recipe!
