My Current Supplement Routine

I try not to go crazy with different supplements but I have a quite a few that are part of my routine. Here’s my current line-up!

  • Nutrafol – Trying this for hair growthโ€”1.5 months in and loving it so far.
  • Magnesium – My nightly must-have for better sleep + relaxation. We’ve been using the Natural Factors Bisglycinate.
  • Seed Probiotic – Gut health game-changerโ€”Iโ€™ve been using this for over a year and both my kids use it too.
  • Berberine – New addition for blood sugar + inflammation support. I use the Thorne brand
  • Creatine – Daily in my waterโ€”great for muscle + brain support. I use the FW brand and I love grabbing the pink lemon burst when itโ€™s in stock.
  • BCAAs – Pre-workout go-to latelyโ€”helps with muscle recovery + performance. I use the FW Brand, love the blue raspberry flavor.
