Brittany Mullins

Meet Brittany Mullins, founder of Eating Bird Food and cookbook author.

Expertise: Health Coach, Cookbook Author and Online Content Creator since 2008.

Education: Bachelors of Science in Marketing from George Mason University, Health Coaching Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and self-taught home chef.

About Me: Iโ€™m drawn toward plant-based options (love me some veggies!), but I also eat fish and lean meat so thatโ€™s the type of recipes youโ€™ll find here. Many of my recipes are naturally vegetarianvegangluten-free or high-protein and if thatโ€™s the case I make sure to label it as such so you can easily find the recipes that meet your dietary preferences.

When Iโ€™m not busy working on Eating Bird Food, you can catch me hanging out with my husband, Isaac, our children, Olivia and Tucker, in Richmond, Virginia. I love to be outside and spending time with friends is my favorite hobby.
