Avocado Smoothie
This avocado smoothie is ultra creamy, nourishing and packed with healthy fats. It tastes like a milkshake but is made with just 5 simple ingredients.

Ingredients

unsweetened almond milk

frozen avocado chunks or 1 fresh avocado
1
scoop (25 grams)
vanilla protein protein powder
1-2
medjool dates
Handful of spinach
4-5
ice cubes
if needed
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Use frozen avocado:
For a thicker, creamier smoothie, I recommend using frozen avocado chunks. You can also freeze ripe avocado yourself!
Sweetener swap:
If you don’t have dates, try a splash of maple syrup or a bit of banana for natural sweetness.
No protein powder?
You can leave it out, or try adding hemp seeds or a scoop of almond butter for a little boost.
Spinach optional:
I like sneaking in a handful of spinach for extra nutrients, but feel free to skip it if you're not in the mood for greens.
