Avocado Smoothie

Made with frozen avocado, spinach, dates and protein powder this avocado smoothie is thick, creamy and packed with protein. It's the perfect healthy breakfast or post-workout snack. Vegan + dairy-free.

  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen avocado chunks or 1 fresh avocado
  • 1 scoop (25 grams) vanilla protein protein powder
  • 1-2 medjool dates
  • Handful of spinach
  • 4-5 ice cubes if needed


  • Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.

  • Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
