Easy, 5-ingredient sausage balls made with almond flour instead of Bisquick. They're cheesy, flavorful, and perfect as an appetizer for holidays, parties, or game day.
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
Using a cookie scoop or Tablespoon, scoop the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 18–20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Let cool and serve immediately.
Notes
Storage: Let sausage balls cool completely before transferring to an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350°F until warmed through.
Make ahead: Mix and shape the sausage balls a day in advance, then cover and refrigerate until ready to bake. Add a few extra minutes to the bake time if baking straight from the fridge.
Dairy-free: Swap in dairy-free cheese to make them dairy-free.
Serving idea: Serve warm with honey mustard, spicy Dijon, BBQ sauce or my Chick-Fil-A sauce for dipping.
