Green Detox Smoothie

This refreshing green detox smoothie is packed with hydrating fruit and veggies including fresh mint, apple, lemon, baby spinach and a whole heart of romaine. It's detoxifying and will truly help you glow from the inside out!

  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 full romaine heart
  • 1-2 ounces baby spinach
  • 1 frozen banana chopped
  • ½ Pink Lady or Fuji apple
  • ½ lemon peel removed
  • 1 knob fresh ginger (about 1 inch)
  • 4-5 leaves fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds


  • Place water, romaine and spinach into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
