Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

canned coconut milk
or coconut water

cup
frozen pineapple
½
frozen banana
½
cup
coconut yogurt or Greek yogurt
Touch of honey or maple syrup
optional
Toppings: fresh pineapple and toasted shredded coconut
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a glass and top with fresh pineapple and toasted coconut. Enjoy!
Notes
Banana-free:
Not a fan of banana? Swap it for frozen mango or more pineapple.
Storage:
Best enjoyed right after blending, but you can refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking.
