This creamy 4-ingredient pineapple smoothie combines coconut milk with yogurt, frozen pineapple and banana. One sip and you’ll feel like you’re on a tropical vacation. Vegan + dairy-free.

canned coconut milk
or coconut water

frozen pineapple

frozen banana

Touch of honey or maple syrup

Toppings: fresh pineapple and toasted shredded coconut
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a glass and top with fresh pineapple and toasted coconut. Enjoy!
