Pumpkin Protein Bars

These pumpkin protein bars are vegan, gluten-free and oil-free. They're perfect for munching on before or after your workout or as a grab-and-go breakfast. Each bar has less than 60 calories, 5 grams of protein and only 4 grams of sugar!

Ingredients

Mix together dry ingredients.

1. Mix Dry Ingredients

Mix together wet ingredients. Then, mix together wet and dry.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients

Add mixture to a prepared pan. Top with chocolate chips. Bake for 20 minutes.

3. Bake

Let bars cool then cut into squares. Store in an airtight container up to five days.
