cup
almond milk
plus more as needed

frozen strawberries

scoop
vanilla protein powder
or ½ cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt or cottage cheese

cream cheese

medjool date
or 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
Splash of vanilla
optional
Toppings: crushed graham cracker
fresh strawberries and coconut whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour smoothie into a glass and top with strawberries, crushed graham crackers and whipped cream. Enjoy!
Notes
Vegan option:
Use a dairy-free cream cheese and a plant-based protein powder or Greek-style yogurt alternative.
No protein powder:
Swap for Greek yogurt or cottage cheese. Both options still give you a creamy texture and added protein.
No dates:
Feel free to use maple syrup, honey, or a sugar-free option like monk fruit.
Fresh strawberries:
If using fresh strawberries instead of frozen, add a handful of ice to chill and thicken the smoothie.
