frozen banana, chopped into chunks

frozen mixed berries

scoop (25 grams)
vanilla protein powder (I like Nuzest)

Toppings

Instructions
Blend all of the smoothie ingredients together in a high powdered blender until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with toppings.
