This creamy peanut dressing is savory, a little sweet and comes together in just 5 minutes with peanut butter, fresh ginger, garlic and tamari. It's Thai-inspired and perfect on salads, noodles, bowls and as a dip.
Add all ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine or alternatively add all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined. Add water to thin and serve.
¼ cup peanut butter, 1 clove garlic, 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, 2 Tablespoons rice vinegar, 2 Tablespoons low sodium tamari or soy sauce, 2 Tablespoons maple syrup, 1 pinch cayenne pepper, water
Notes
Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. It thickens as it chills, so stir in water to thin before using.
