Learn how to build an epic vegetarian mezze platter with hummus, tzatziki, fresh vegetables, olives, and pita! This Mediterranean snack plate works great as an appetizer for potlucks and dinner parties.

  • fresh vegetables: sliced cucumbers bell peppers, cherry or grape tomatoes, chopped carrots, radishes
  • pita bread or pita chips
  • olives
  • feta
  • almonds
  • stuffed grape leaves
  • tabbouleh
  • dips of choice: hummus tzatziki, baba ghanoush (roasted eggplant dip)


  • Arrange all your ingredients on a large platter. I like starting with bowls for the dips and then covering the rest of the platter with veggies and other snackable items like the olives, feta, stuffed grape leaves, and tabbouleh. The last thing I add is the pita chips and fresh herbs on top of the dips for a pop of color and decoration.
