Vegan Pumpkin Muffins

Full of pumpkin flavor and fall spice, these healthy vegan pumpkin muffins are naturally sweetened and made with simple pantry staple ingredients. They’re perfectly moist and fluffy!


Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl.

1. Mix Dry Ingredients 

In another bowl, mix together wet ingredients and sugar.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients

Mix together wet and dry ingredients until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.

3. Combine

Bake muffins 18-20 minutes at 350°F in a greased muffin tin.

4. Bake

Store in a container at room temperature 2-3 days, in the fridge 4-5 days or in the freezer up to 3 months.
