One-Pan Roasted Chicken + Veggies
This one-pan roasted chicken with butternut squash, Brussels sprouts, onions and lemon makes for an easy, healthy and delicious weeknight meal. It will quickly become a household favorite.
Toss veggies and lemon slices with oil, vinegar and spices. Add to a roasting pan.

2. Season Chicken
Add chicken to roasting pan. Roast at 450°F for 30-40 minutes.
