Easy Portobello Pizzas

Healthy vegetarian portobello pizzas made with homemade pizza sauce, arugula, goat cheese, onions and tomatoes. At just under 120 calories each, these mini pizzas are a nutrient packed dish that you can feel good about eating!

Ingredients

Cut stem off each mushroom and remove the gills using a spoon. Save the stems.

1. Prep Portobellos

Top mushroom caps with arugula, sauce, goat cheese, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms stems and basil.

2. Top Pizzas

Bake pizzas and top with parmesan, balsamic vinegar and basil. Enjoy!
