A healthy, high-protein strawberry pretzel salad bowl made with Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and pretzels. It's sweet, salty, and packed with over 35g of protein!
1 5.3 oz containerlow-sugar vanilla Greek yogurtI like Siggi’s
15.3 oz containercottage cheeseI used Good Culture low fat
¼cupcrushed/chopped pretzelsI used Kindling protein pretzels
2Tablespoonsthawed Cocowhip or whipped cream
Instructions
Add yogurt, cottage cheese, thawed frozen berries, pretzels and cocowhip into a bowl.
Mix to combine, top with fresh strawberries and enjoy right away.
Notes
I’ve also added 1 Tbsp of strawberry chia jam to the mix for more sweetness and added strawberry flavor.
Pretzel options: I used Kindling protein pretzels, but any pretzel sticks or twists will work. Use gluten-free if needed, or swap in my protein granola for a different kind of crunch with the added protein.
Storage: Mix everything except the pretzels and store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add the pretzels and fresh strawberries right before serving so they stay crisp and juicy.
