This colorful fruit salad with berries and melon is lightly sweetened with maple syrup and topped with fresh mint.

Ingredients

of strawberries
hulled and quartered

apple
I like Pink Lady, Honey Crisp or Jazz

pineapple
chopped into chunks

cantaloupe
chopped into chunks

freshly squeezed orange juice

teaspoons
100% pure maple syrup

Tablespoon
fresh mint
finely chopped
Instructions
Just before serving combine all the fruit into a large bowl and gently mix. Top with orange juice, maple syrup and fresh mint. Gently stir to combine and serve.
