This easy strawberry juice is refreshing, naturally sweet, and hydrating. It’s the perfect summer drink and a delicious way to use up ripe strawberries.
Wash and dry the strawberries, then hull them (remove the green stems) using a knife.
Add the strawberries (plus water and lemon juice, if using) to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a glass or bowl to remove the seeds.
Serve immediately over ice or store in the fridge for later.
Notes
Chill before serving: This juice is super refreshing when cold. Serve over ice or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before drinking. I also love adding sparkling water to make an easy strawberry spritzer!
Storage: Best enjoyed fresh, but you can make it ahead! Store in a sealed glass jar or bottle in the fridge for up to 3 days. Shake or stir before serving—natural separation is normal.
