Thick and creamy watermelon smoothie made with frozen watermelon, raspberries, Greek yogurt and lime juice. Ready in just 5 minutes and perfect as a light breakfast or post-workout refresher.
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk or water, 1 cup frozen watermelon cubes, ¼ cup frozen raspberries, ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, 2 Tablespoons lime juice, 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
Pour smoothie into a glass and top with a slice of watermelon. Enjoy!

Freezing watermelon for smoothies is pretty straightforward:
Cut your watermelon into cubes. Aim for around 1-inch pieces, but don’t worry about being too precise.
Arrange these cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Freeze until the pieces are solid, about 2 hours.
Once they're frozen, you can transfer them to a freezer-safe bag like a Stasher bag or an airtight container. They'll be good in the freezer for up to three months.
