These air fryer potatoes cook up in less than 20 minutes for an easy side dish! They're crispy on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside and ready in less than half the time as oven-roasted potatoes.

Instructions
Add potatoes to a large mixing bowl with oil and seasonings. Toss until potatoes are fully coated.
Add potatoes to the air fryer in a single layer and cook on 400°F for about 15-20, flipping halfway.
