  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (25g)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 frozen banana, in chunks
  • 3/4 cup milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon chia seeds or flax seed, optional
  • handful of ice
  • Coconut whipped cream optional


  • Add all ingredients into your blender except the whipped cream.

  • Blend until smooth. Add a little whipped cream on top (optional) and serve.
