Skinny Coconut Daiquiri

This skinny coconut daiquiri is creamy and full of coconut flavor, but much lighter than most frozen coconut cocktails. Only has 175 calories and 5 grams of sugar.

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk*
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 medium frozen banana chopped into chunks before freezing
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1/4 cup chunks of fresh coconut meat shredded unsweetened coconut works too
  • 1/2 cup 4 oz coconut rum*


  • Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Pour into four glasses and enjoy!


  • Feel free to swap out the unsweetened vanilla almond milk with another milk of choice.
  • Use 1/2 cup coconut water instead of coconut rum for the mocktail version.
