Easy Edamame

  • 1 bag frozen edamame in pods
  • 4 Tablespoons kosher salt
  • ½-1 teaspoon flaked sea salt for serving


  • Add kosher salt to a large pot of water and bring to a boil.

  • Once boiling add the frozen edamame to the water. Cook until bright green and tender, about 4-5 minutes.

  • Drain and place edamame in a bowl. Sprinkle with flaked sea salt and serve warm.
