Healthy Peanut Butter Eggs

Have a healthy Easter treat with these homemade chocolate peanut butter eggs! They’re naturally sweetened, vegan and gluten-free.

Filling Option 1: peanut flour almond milk medjool dates sea salt


Filling Option 2: peanut butter coconut flour maple syrup sea salt

Chocolate Coating: cocoa powder melted coconut oil liquid stevia maple syrup

For option 1, blend everything together in a food processor. For option 2, mix everything together by hand.

1. Make PB Filling

Form peanut butter mixture into egg shapes + freeze.

2. Form Egg Shape

Dip peanut butter eggs in chocolate mixture +  freeze until set. Enjoy!
