Healthy Pumpkin Bread

Sweetened only with maple syrup, this delicious healthy pumpkin bread is low in sugar, vegan and made with fiber-rich whole wheat flour!

Ingredients

Whisk together flaxseed and water. Let sit.

1. Make Flax Egg

Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

Mix together wet ingredients in a bowl.

3. Mix Wet Ingredients

Mix together wet and dry mixtures until combined.

4. Mix Batter

Top bread with cinnamon sugar and bake.

5. Bake

Let bread cool, slice and enjoy!
