Healthy Apple Crisp

This healthy apple crisp is lightly sweetened with maple syrup and features a crunchy oatmeal topping. This recipe is sure to be a family favorite! Vegan + gluten-free.


Mix brown or coconut sugar, oats, almond flour, nuts and coconut oil until crumbly.

1. Make Topping

Mix apples, maple syrup, lemon juice, arrowroot or cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

2. Make Filling

Add apples to a greased pan and top with crumble. Bake 45-50 minutes.

3. Bake

Cool 5-10 minutes. Enjoy warm with ice cream or whipped topping.
