Healthy  Almond Joy Bars

These healthy almond joy bars are made with just 5 simple ingredients and taste just like the real deal. They're vegan, gluten-free, super easy to make and are sure to satisfy your candy craving!


Combine unsweetened desiccated coconut and condensed milk in a large bowl.

1. Make Coconut Filling

Using a tablespoon, scoop coconut mixture onto parchment lined baking tray and form into 20 rectangular shapes.

2. Scoop Coconut

Place 1 almond in the center of each bar. Place baking tray in the freezer for the bites to harden for at least 2 hours.

3. Add Almonds + Freeze

Place dark chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl and melt in the microwave.

4. Melt Dark Chocolate

Dip/coat each bar into the melted chocolate, one at a time. Place chocolate covered candy back on the baking tray lined with parchment.

5. Dip in Chocolate

Place bites back into the freezer to let the chocolate harden and enjoy!
