Farro Salad with  Basil Vinaigrette

This amazing farro salad features cannellini beans, fresh mozzarella, arugula and sun-dried tomatoes all tossed in a bright and delicious basil vinaigrette!


Cook farro. Rinse with cool water and drain.

1. Cook Farro

Blend basil, oil, vinegar, shallot, salt and pepper.

2. Make Dressing

Toss farro, beans, tomatoes, mozzarella, arugula and dressing.

3. Toss

Chill salad or serve right away and enjoy!
