Creamy Walnut Pasta Sauce
with Spaghetti Squash Noodles
This creamy walnut pasta sauce comes together quickly and tastes delicious over spaghetti squash with peas and parsley. One serving has 16 grams of plant-based protein!
spaghetti squash frozen peas parsley walnuts olive oil red pepper salt + pepper
Sauce: walnuts olive oil onion water parsley garlic salt + pepper nutritional yeast
Cut spaghetti squash into rings and roast.
1. Roast Squash
Toast walnuts for 10 minutes in the 400F oven.
2. Toast Walnuts
Blend sauce ingredients together until smooth.
3. Make Sauce
Toss sauce with the squash and peas. Garnish with walnuts and parsley.
