Cauliflower  Nachos

These low-carb cauliflower nachos are cheesy, delicious and loaded with extra veggies like tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, onions and avocado.

Ingredients

olive or avocado oil garlic powder onion powder cumin paprika sea salt cauliflower refried beans Mexican cheddar cheese jalapeño cherry/grape tomatoes red onion cilantro avocado

Season + bake cauliflower slices.

1. Season + Bake

Add beans, jalapeño and cheese. Bake again.

2. Add Toppings

Add fresh toppings and dig in!
