The Best Way  To Cook Spaghetti Squash

Here’s how to cook spaghetti squash if you want long pasta-like strands and spaghetti squash that isn’t watery! Just cut the squash widthwise, into rings and roast it.

Ingredients

spaghetti squash olive oil salt + pepper

Using a sharp knife, cut spaghetti squash widthwise into even rings, about 1-2 inches thick.

1. Cut Squash

Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.

2. Scoop Out Seeds

Place spaghetti squash on a baking sheet. Coat each ring with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.

3. Season Squash

Roast for 30-40 minutes at 400°F, flipping halfway through.

4. Roast Squash

Allow to cool for about 15 minutes, then peel the skin away and separate the strands into long spaghetti noodles using a fork.
