Ingredients

  • 1 can Genova Albacore Tuna in Olive Oil
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • crackers I love Nut Thins
  • mini bell peppers seeded and chopped in half

Instructions

  • Prepare tuna salad by combing tuna, juice from 1/2 lemon and as much salt and pepper as you’d like. Taste and add more lemon juice if needed. Scoop tuna salad with crackers or mini bell peppers to serve.
