Breakfast Trail Mix

The perfect morning snack mix with with maple cinnamon roasted nuts, coconut flakes and dried berries.

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup raw pistachios*
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup dried berries


  • Preheat oven to 350°. Combine almonds, cashews, pistachios and coconut flakes in a mixing bowl with maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and sea salt. Toss to combine.
  • Spread nut mixture on to a baking sheet, place in pre-heated oven and toast for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and allow nuts to cool. Toss with dried berries and enjoy. Store leftover mix in a covered storage container for up to a week.


*If you can't find raw pistachios, you can use roasted. Just add them to the mix when you add the dried berries.
