Preheat oven to 350°. Combine almonds, cashews, pistachios and coconut flakes in a mixing bowl with maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla and sea salt. Toss to combine.
Spread nut mixture on to a baking sheet, place in pre-heated oven and toast for about 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and allow nuts to cool. Toss with dried berries and enjoy. Store leftover mix in a covered storage container for up to a week.
*If you can't find raw pistachios, you can use roasted. Just add them to the mix when you add the dried berries.
