Ingredients

kohlrabi
peeled and chopped into ½ inch chunks

Tablespoons
olive or avocado oil
½
teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
sea salt
½
teaspoon
ground pepper
sprinkle of paprika
Instructions
In a bowl, toss kohlrabi chunks with oil and seasonings until coated.
Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast at 425°F for 20 minutes, toss and continue roasting around 20 minutes or until fork tender and golden brown. Serve immediately.
