This air fryer shrimp recipe cooks up in less than 10 minutes with minimal ingredients. It's healthy, flavorful and such a quick and easy protein option that's super versatile.
Whisk olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
Add shrimp and toss to combine so both sides are well coated.
Add shrimp to air fryer basket, in a single layer. You may have to cook in two batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Air fry at 400℉ for 5-6 minutes. No need to turn them while cooking.
Once done, remove shrimp from the air fryer and serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.

Storage: Store leftover shrimp in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. If freezing, only freeze raw shrimp in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months—don’t refreeze previously frozen shrimp.
