Banana Frozen Yogurt
Banana frozen yogurt made with two simple ingredients – frozen bananas and Greek yogurt! It's a refreshing and healthy treat that's super easy to whip up. Just blend until creamy and serve!
- 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt I prefer full-fat, but 2% will work
- 4 medium frozen bananas chopped into chunks
Add greek yogurt and frozen banana slices to food processor or high-speed blender and pulse/process until smooth and creamy. This usually takes about 4-5 minutes in the food processor. You may need to turn off the motor and stir the mixture a couple times while processing.
Once smooth and creamy, add to bowls and enjoy right away. If you want it to be scoopable, you can freeze the mixture for about an hour. Bring it out of the freezer and let it thaw for a few minutes before scooping.
