Protein Pudding
This protein pudding uses Greek yogurt as the base and can easily be made into three different flavors – chocolate, vanilla and peanut butter. It’s thick, creamy, comes together quickly.

Chocolate

Greek yogurt
I used whole milk

scoop (12.5 grams)
chocolate protein powder
I used Nuzest

vanilla extract

maple syrup
or 5-6 drops of stevia, to taste
Chocolate chips
for topping

Instructions
Chocolate
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine until smooth and no clumps remain. Top with chocolate chips.
