Protein Pudding
This protein pudding uses Greek yogurt as the base and can easily be made into three different flavors – chocolate, vanilla and peanut butter. It’s thick, creamy, comes together quickly.

Chocolate
- 1 cup Greek yogurt I used whole milk
- ½ scoop (12.5 grams) chocolate protein powder I used Nuzest
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon milk plus more if needed to thin
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or 5-6 drops of stevia, to taste
- Chocolate chips for topping
Vanilla
- 1 cup Greek yogurt I used whole milk
- ½ scoop (12.5 grams) vanilla protein powder I used Nuzest
- 1 Tablespoon milk plus more if needed to thin
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or 5-6 drops of stevia, to taste
- Fresh berries (sliced strawberries blueberries and/or raspberries, for topping)
Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Greek yogurt I used whole milk
- 3 Tablespoons powdered peanut butter PB2 powder
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or 5-6 drops of stevia, to taste
- Peanut butter and bananas for topping
