Wild Rice Stuffing with Butternut Squash and Cherries

This wild rice stuffing is packed with butternut squash, dried cherries and fresh herbs. It’s a delicious gluten-free and vegan alternative to traditional stuffing and is the perfect addition to your holiday table.


Roast butternut squash with oil and sea salt.

1. Roast Butternut Squash

Sauté celery, onion and garlic with salt and pepper. Stir in wild rice, broth, sage, thyme and bay leaf. Bring mixture to a boil.

2. Boil Rice 

Once rice is cooked, remove bay leaf. Stir in dried sweet cherries, roasted squash, sage and thyme.
