Teriyaki Tempeh and Broccoli
A vegan version of beef and broccoli, this one-skillet teriyaki tempeh and broccoli recipe is loaded with flavor and perfect for weeknights when you need to get a healthy meal on the table fast!
avocado or olive oil tempeh nutritional yeast broccoli garlic rice or cauliflower rice scallions sesame seeds Teriyaki Sauce: avocado or olive oil tamari or soy sauce maple syrup garlic ginger
Whisk together all sauce ingredients.
1. Make Teriyaki Sauce
Brown tempeh in a pan with a little oil.
2. Sauté Tempeh
Add teriyaki sauce and nutritional yeast. Coat tempeh in sauce.
3. Add Sauce
Add broccoli and garlic. Cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add Broccoli
Serve teriyaki tempeh and broccoli over quinoa, rice or cauliflower rice. Enjoy!
