Pumpkin Spice Donuts

These baked pumpkin spice donuts are made with healthier ingredients and coated with a delicious cinnamon sugar mixture. They're soft and fluffy and make for the perfect fall breakfast or dessert.


Stir together whole wheat pastry flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice and salt.

1. Mix Dry Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, coconut sugar, vanilla, coconut oil and eggs.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients

Add wet mixture to flour mixture, and stir until just combined.

3. Mix Batter Together

Spray two donut pans with cooking spray. Spoon or pipe batter evenly into the cavities. Bake.

4. Bake

While donuts are baking, mix together cane sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.

5. Make Cinnamon Sugar

Brush each donut with coconut oil on both sides and dip into the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat. Repeat until all donuts are coated.
