Peach Baked Oatmeal

A healthy baked oatmeal recipe using one of my favorite summer fruits: peaches! Make ahead for meal prep or a weekend brunch. Vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients

old fashioned oats almond milk cinnamon vanilla almond extract peaches maple syrup coconut oil sea salt

Mix together ingredients in a large bowl.

1. Mix

Pour mixture into a dish and top with peach slices.

2. Pour into a Dish

Bake at 375F for 45-50 minutes.

3. Bake

Serve with cinnamon and almond milk. Enjoy!
