Oatmeal Breakfast Bars
These oatmeal breakfast bars are perfect for breakfast, but also work as a snack any time of the day. Added bonus: they’re nut-free so they can be packed for school lunches!
Mix together oats, oat flour, spices, seeds, chocolate chips and salt.
1. Mix Dry Ingredients
Mix brown rice syrup, maple syrup and almond milk together.
2. Mix Wet Ingredients
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Press dough into a prepared pan. Cut bars. Bake for 20 minutes.
