No Bake  Protein Cookies

No bake cookies with protein powder. Just 8 simple ingredients and without any butter or white sugar! They’re oil-free, vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients

Mix together oats and protein powder.

1. Mix

In a pot, melt together almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup (or mashed banana) until thick. Add vanilla.

2. Melt

Mix together wet and dry ingredients. Chill mixture for 10 minutes.

3. Mix

Scoop mixture into cookies. Chill and enjoy!
