Egg White Omelette

This egg white omelette is fluffy, delicious and loaded with veggies. It comes together quickly and is a healthy way to kick start your day!

Ingredients

Sauté onion in a little olive oil. Add tomatoes, spinach, salt and pepper and saute a little longer.

1. Sauté Veggies

Add egg whites to skillet and cook. Once the bottom of the omelet has cooked, add parmesan to one half and carefully fold the omelet over.

2. Cook Egg Whites

Slide the omelet onto a plate and serve immediately, adding salt and pepper to taste.
