Buffalo  Cauliflower Wings

Looking for a healthy game day snack or appetizer? Try these buffalo cauliflower wings with a creamy homemade ranch dressing. They’re baked instead of fried and perfectly crunchy and crisp on the outside.


Mix together flour, spices and water.

1. Make Batter

Toss cauliflower in batter.

2. Toss

Bake at 450°F for 25 min. Flip after 15 min.

3. Bake

Toss in buffalo sauce. Bake another 12 min.

4. Add Buffalo Sauce

Blend together cashews, water and spices.

5. Make Vegan Ranch

Serve cauliflower wings with vegan ranch and celery.

6. Serve + Enjoy
